Dr. Keith has over 40 years of experience with development and use of environmental methods. He began his career with the US Environmental Protection Agency (and its predecessors) in 1966 at the Southeast Water Research Laboratory in Athens, GA. He then spent many years in private industry including Radian International (where he became a Corporate Fellow) and the Waste Policy Institute (where he served as Vice President). During those years he published many books on environmental analysis and also presented training courses in Asia, South America, Europe, Canada, and throughout the United States. Now, as President of Instant Reference Sources he applies the knowledge gained over these many years to help clients obtain better environmental data at less cost.
